Returns: Most items are eligible for returns or exchanges. Within 10 days of receiving your order, please navigate to www.procrossdresser.eu > Your Account > Orders > Returns or contact us at Info@ProCrossdresser.com. You will be provided with return instructions, including a return address and Return Authorization Number.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, as indicated in the “Item Description” on the website. For sanitary reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of self-adhesive breast forms, underwear, cosmetics and other items.
Refunds: Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs and insurance (recommended). However, DressTech will provide a pre-paid mailing label if you received a damaged product or if we made a mistake with your order.
DressTech takes your privacy very seriously. Your credit card statement will say “Delta Molding LLC” and your order will be discretely packaged. The return address will say “DT” or “Delta Molding”.
Personal information may be collected strictly for the purpose of fulfilling orders, improving the user experience, and providing customer service. Data may be collected via site logs, cookies, signup forms, comment forms and contact forms. Some of this data may be shared with Google and Mail Chimp. However, we never rent or sell information to other parties. We also never engage in any form of re-marketing.
In accordance with GDPR laws, DressTech will delete your data at your request. Requests of this kind may be made to Info@ProCrossdresser.com.
Sensitive checkout information, such as credit card data, is always encrypted and transmitted via a secure payment gateway. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the web address bar.
Newsletter subscriptions are by double opt-in only and subscriptions may be canceled at any time. We do not send unsolicited E-mails.
